High-rise window cleaning, for us, just means windows that sit higher up than a normal home, second story, third story, upper apartment units, anything you can't safely reach standing on the ground. It's different from regular window cleaning in one main way, reach. Ground level windows get cleaned with a squeegee and cloth, no problem. For windows a ladder can safely reach, we use a ladder and clean the same way we would on the ground, just from a higher position.
