At Squeaky Squeegees, we're more than just a window cleaning company. Kelowna is where we were born and raised, and it's still home today. That's why we care so much about making every house, storefront, and building in this city shine. When we clean your windows, gutters, or driveway, we're not just doing a job. We're taking care of our own community.

We believe clean homes make people happy. A sparkling window, a clear gutter, or a fresh driveway can turn a house into a place you're proud to come home to. That's the feeling we want for every person we work with in Kelowna, BC.

Everything we do comes back to three simple goals:
Our Mission to Serve Kelowna
01
Happy Team & Better Work :Â
We treat our staff well because happy workers do their best work. When our team feels valued, that care shows up in every job we finish.
02
Complete Satisfaction :
We don't just want to meet expectations, we want to leave a positive experience. We are not limited to just cleaning windows, if needed we go beyond this to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers.
03
A Better Kelowna :
We want our work to leave a mark on this community, not just on your windows. From supporting local causes to keeping our city looking its best, we want Squeaky Squeegees to stand for something good.
"Kelowna has given us so much, and we want to give back through the work we do best. Whether it's a quick window cleaning or a full property refresh, our goal stays the same: happy team, happy customers, and a community we're proud to be part of."
why choose usÂ
1. We Show Up On Time
We always show up when we say we will. Before we come, we send you a reminder so you don't forget. Booking us is quick and easy, and we work with your schedule, not against it. There's no stress and no long waiting around. You can always count on us to be there and get the job done.
2. Fair & Transparent Pricing
The price we tell you is the exact price you pay at the end. Nobody likes surprise costs, and we don't do that. Getting a quote is fast and simple, with no long wait. We like to be honest about cost right from the start. That way, you know exactly what to expect, and you can plan ahead without worrying about extra charges popping up later.

3. We Reach Tricky Spots
We clean hard-to-reach windows other companies might skip. Some houses have really tall windows or glass railings inside and outside that are tricky to get to. That doesn't stop us! We bring long ladders and lots of practice to safely clean them. No matter how high or tricky the spot is, we know how to do it safely, so your whole house gets clean.
4. Detail-Focused Work
We clean more than just the glass. We also clean the window tracks and even your ceiling fans while we're there. If you want us to touch up a certain spot, just tell us and we'll fix it. We're proud of our work, so we often take before-and-after photos to show how much better it looks. Little details matter to us, and we don't skip them.

5. Polite and Professional
Our team is kind, polite, and easy to have in your home. We keep you updated the whole time we work, and we don't mind your dogs being around. If you want us to skip strong chemicals, we can do that too. After the job is done, we check back to make sure you're happy, and we can even set up regular cleanings for you.
1
Scrub
We start by scrubbing every window with soap and water to loosen dirt, dust, and grime. This gets rid of the tough stuff so the glass is ready for a clean finish.
Our 3-Step Process
2
Squeegee
Next, we use a squeegee to wipe the glass clean. This step removes the soapy water and leaves your windows streak-free and shiny.
3
Detail
Last, we go back and check every window closely. We wipe the edges, clean the tracks, and fix any spots we missed, so everything looks perfect.
Storms don't check your calendar before they hit, and neither does the emergency that follows. Last summer, a wind storm ripped through Kettle Valley and left windows covered in dust, sap and debris overnight. People needed those windows cleaned right away, not sometime next week.
Emergency window cleaning is all about quick action. It's not your usual appointment. This is for those moments after a storm, a break-in, construction dust, or any sudden mess that can't wait. It's different from regular window cleaning because there's no set appointment or routine involved, it's about showing up fast when something unexpected happens to your glass. Emergency cleaning means dropping what's planned and getting to your property same day or next day, because storm debris, broken glass residue or heavy smoke damage from wildfire season doesn't get better by waiting.
Squeaky Squeegers handles emergency calls for homes and businesses across Kelowna, from storm damage and wildfire smoke residue to break ins that leave glass covered in dust or debris. We show up with the same tools we use every day, purified water fed poles, squeegees, and cloths, just faster and on your timeline instead of ours.
We got a call last fall from a homeowner in Upper Mission the morning after a windstorm knocked branches and debris across their property. Their windows were covered in dirt, sap and broken twigs stuck to the glass, and one of them had a small crack from a branch that hit the frame. They called us that morning hoping for same day help before family arrived that evening. We got out there within a few hours, cleared off the sap and debris with purified water and a squeegee, and let them know about the cracked pane so they could get it looked at before it turned into a bigger problem. By the time their family showed up, the windows looked like the storm never happened.
This matters most for businesses. A storefront covered in storm grime or smoke residue looks closed for business even when it's open, and that costs you customers fast. Getting your glass cleaned right away keeps your shop looking open and ready, instead of turning people away at the sidewalk.
If a storm, fire, or unexpected mess just hit your windows and it can't wait for your next scheduled cleaning, call Squeaky Squeegers. We'll get there fast and get your glass clear again.

why choose us for emergency windows cleaning ?
We Show Up Fast
Every hour your business stays closed, or your home sits with a broken window, costs you more than just money, it's a safety risk too. That's why we prioritize emergency calls over regularly scheduled work, aiming to get someone out to you as quickly as possible. Whether it's a storm that rolled through overnight or a break-in discovered first thing in the morning, we know waiting days for a scheduled slot isn't an option. Homes and businesses across Kelowna, from downtown storefronts to homes in Glenmore or Upper Mission, can count on us moving fast when it actually matters.
We Catch What You Might Miss
While we're cleaning up broken glass or storm damage, we keep an eye out for cracks, chips, or debris you might've overlooked in the stress of the moment. Emergencies are chaotic, and it's easy to miss smaller damage while dealing with the bigger mess in front of you. We take the time to check thoroughly, since small damage caught early is a lot easier and cheaper to fix than damage that's had time to get worse. This extra attention often saves homeowners and business owners from a second, bigger repair down the road.
We Tell You Right Away
If we spot anything during the cleanup, whether it's a hairline crack, a loose frame, or a section that needs a repair professional, we let you know on the spot. We're not interested in leaving you to discover problems later. Being upfront means you can get ahead of a repair before it turns into something bigger or more expensive. This kind of honesty matters most in an emergency, when you're already stressed and need clear information, not surprises showing up weeks after the initial mess has already been cleaned.
We Handle the Full Mess, Not Just the Glass
Emergencies rarely involve just broken glass. Storms bring mud, leaves, and water stains. Break-ins can leave debris scattered well beyond the window itself. We clean up the full mess in one visit, sills, frames, nearby surfaces, and flooring if needed, so you're not stuck calling multiple companies to handle different parts of the same incident. One call to us covers the situation completely, which matters most when you're already dealing with enough stress from whatever caused the damage in the first place.
We Understand Kelowna's Weather Risks
Kelowna sees its share of sudden summer storms, strong winds, and occasional hail that can catch homeowners and businesses off guard. We've handled emergency cleanups after wind damage in areas like Lower Mission and storm debris cleanup following sudden downpours downtown. Knowing the kinds of weather-related damage common to this area means we show up prepared, with the right tools and expectations, instead of figuring things out on the spot once we arrive at an unfamiliar type of mess.
We're Local and Easy to Reach
As a Kelowna-based team, we're not routing your emergency call through some distant call center or waiting on a crew from out of town. You can reach us directly, and we know the city well enough to get to you without wasting time figuring out the area. This local presence means faster response and a team that's genuinely invested in helping Kelowna homes and businesses get back to normal quickly after something unexpected happens.
Frequently asked questions
emergency Window cleaning service includes

Broken Glass and Debris Cleanup
When a window breaks, the mess isn't just on the floor. Tiny shards and glass dust scatter onto sills, frames, and nearby surfaces, often in spots that aren't obvious right away. We make sure to find and clear away all of it thoroughly, so nobody gets hurt after we leave, whether it's a family member, employee, or customer walking through later.

Same-Day or Next-Day Service
A broken window isn't just unsightly, it's a real safety issue that needs quick attention. That's why emergency calls come first for us over regularly scheduled work. Most times, you'll see us the same day or the very next day, since we don't drag our feet when you're actually dealing with a mess that needs fixing now.
Fast Response When You Need It
Emergencies don't wait for an appointment. Storms, break-ins, or accidents happen fast, so we move fast too. In most cases, we can get someone out to your home or business within 40 minutes, since a mess like broken glass or storm damage can't just sit around waiting for a scheduled slot days later. Every hour matters, especially for businesses that can't stay open with damaged windows.

Storm and Weather Damage Cleanup
Storms can leave a big mess, mud, leaves, water stains, and more, not just broken glass. We handle all of it in one visit. After heavy wind or rain moves through, we clean up so your windows and frames look like nothing happened, instead of leaving you to deal with lingering damage on your own.
