"Hey, we're Ben and Luke! We're brothers, and we started Squeaky Squeegees because we love Kelowna and want to build a business people can trust. We're young, but we take our work seriously. We believe in showing up on time, treating every home with care, and being honest with our customers. We always do our best to leave your windows looking their best. We're grateful for everyone who gives us a chance, and we look forward to serving more families in our community!"
* Ben and Luke Hass, Squeaky Squeegees
We grew up here.
We wanted to build something of our own, in the city we grew up in — work we could be proud of.
This city raised us — so we give back.
Kelowna is home, not just a market. We grew up here, so we feel responsible to give back to it — by doing what we do best, properly, for our own neighbours.
Young at 18, serious about your satisfaction.
We're young, but we're dedicated. Every clean gets our full effort, because nothing matters more than you being happy with the result.

Our window cleaning service in Ellison, Kelowna
We are a local company in Kelowna who provides Window Cleaning services across Kelowna including Ellison.
Ellison is a rural community on the northeast edge of the city, with open farmland, small orchards, acreages and family homes spread across gentle hills. The airport sits just down the road. The Ellison Heritage Community Centre, a restored 1912 schoolhouse, and Kelowna International Airport are the landmarks most locals know.
Ellison
-
Distance: 9.2 km
-
Driving Time: 11 mins
We are 9.2 kilometers from the heart of Ellison, and most trips take about 11 minutes up Old Vernon Road. Quotes are quick, and most jobs get booked within 2 days.
Country homes come with country sized glass. We wash picture windows, sliding doors, porches and sunroom panes, inside and out. We also clean shop windows, barn glass, detached garages and small office windows. Tell us about gates and long driveways when you call.
Pricing starts at $100. Call (778) 718-4849 for a free quote.
Acreages mean plenty of outdoor space to care for. We can add pressure washing for decks, patios and driveways to your visit. Gutter cleaning and solar panel maintenance fit in too.
Why do windows in Ellison get dirty so fast?
Open fields are the first reason. Farmland and bare ground dry out in summer, and wind sweeps across it with nothing to slow it down. Fine dust and bits of dry grass coat the glass in a pale layer.
Busy roads are the second reason. Old Vernon Road and the highway nearby carry trucks and cars all day, and the airport area adds even more traffic. Exhaust and road film settle on windows that face the street.
The seasons do the rest. Spring brings pollen and orchard blossoms. Summer sun bakes dust onto the glass, and wildfire smoke leaves a gray haze. Fall rain turns dust to streaks, and winter frost and slush leave marks along the lower panes.
Wide open skies are why people love living here. Clear glass lets you see them.

We are a window cleaning company run by youth of Kelowna. We've been cleaning windows in Kelowna for years. Okanagan Centre is one of the most scenic drives on our route.
A day in wine country starts early. We like to clean tasting rooms and farm stands first, before the doors open and the guests arrive. Then we move on to the homes along Okanagan Centre Road West, grouping neighbors on the same day to save the drive. Lake view glass is always the last stop, since the afternoon light shows every streak.
Owners here often book a spring clean before the busy season and a fall clean after harvest.

At Squeaky Squeegees, we're more than just a window cleaning company. Kelowna is where we were born and raised, and it's still home today. That's why we care so much about making every house, storefront, and building in this city shine. When we clean your windows, gutters, or driveway, we're not just doing a job. We're taking care of our own community.
We believe clean homes make people happy. A sparkling window, a clear gutter, or a fresh driveway can turn a house into a place you're proud to come home to. That's the feeling we want for every person we work with in Kelowna, BC.
Everything we do comes back to three simple goals:
Our Mission to Serve Kelowna
01
Happy Team & Better Work :
We treat our staff well because happy workers do their best work. When our team feels valued, that care shows up in every job we finish.
02
Complete Satisfaction :
We don't just want to meet expectations, we want to leave a positive experience. We are not limited to just cleaning windows, if needed we go beyond this to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers.
03
A Better Kelowna :
We want our work to leave a mark on this community, not just on your windows. From supporting local causes to keeping our city looking its best, we want Squeaky Squeegees to stand for something good.
"Kelowna has given us so much, and we want to give back through the work we do best. Whether it's a quick window cleaning or a full property refresh, our goal stays the same: happy team, happy customers, and a community we're proud to be part of."
why choose us
1. We Show Up On Time
We always show up when we say we will. Before we come, we send you a reminder so you don't forget. Booking us is quick and easy, and we work with your schedule, not against it. There's no stress and no long waiting around. You can always count on us to be there and get the job done.
2. Fair & Transparent Pricing
The price we tell you is the exact price you pay at the end. Nobody likes surprise costs, and we don't do that. Getting a quote is fast and simple, with no long wait. We like to be honest about cost right from the start. That way, you know exactly what to expect, and you can plan ahead without worrying about extra charges popping up later.

3. We Reach Tricky Spots
We clean hard-to-reach windows other companies might skip. Some houses have really tall windows or glass railings inside and outside that are tricky to get to. That doesn't stop us! We bring long ladders and lots of practice to safely clean them. No matter how high or tricky the spot is, we know how to do it safely, so your whole house gets clean.
4. Detail-Focused Work
We clean more than just the glass. We also clean the window tracks and even your ceiling fans while we're there. If you want us to touch up a certain spot, just tell us and we'll fix it. We're proud of our work, so we often take before-and-after photos to show how much better it looks. Little details matter to us, and we don't skip them.

5. Polite and Professional
Our team is kind, polite, and easy to have in your home. We keep you updated the whole time we work, and we don't mind your dogs being around. If you want us to skip strong chemicals, we can do that too. After the job is done, we check back to make sure you're happy, and we can even set up regular cleanings for you.
1
Scrub
We start by scrubbing every window with soap and water to loosen dirt, dust, and grime. This gets rid of the tough stuff so the glass is ready for a clean finish.
Our 3-Step Process
2
Squeegee
Next, we use a squeegee to wipe the glass clean. This step removes the soapy water and leaves your windows streak-free and shiny.
3
Detail
Last, we go back and check every window closely. We wipe the edges, clean the tracks, and fix any spots we missed, so everything looks perfect.
