Our window cleaning service in Upper Mission,Kelowna
We are a local company in Kelowna who provides Window Cleaning services across Kelowna including Upper Mission.
Upper Mission sits high on the hill above the lake. Big family homes, new builds and quiet cul-de-sacs look out over the valley. Mission Creek Regional Park and the winding road up Chute Lake Road are two of the best known spots.

Upper Mission
-
Distance: 16.8 km
-
Driving Time: 18 mins
We are 16.8 kilometers from Upper Mission. It is about an 18 minute drive up the hill from our base. We still give quick quotes. Most jobs get booked within 2 or 3 days.

Homes up here are built for the view, so the glass is big. Walls of windows, tall stairwell glass, patio doors and glass deck railings are everywhere. We clean them inside and out so nothing blocks the valley. Building a new home or finishing a reno? We clean up the construction mess on the glass too.

Jobs start at $100. Call us at (778) 718-4849 for a free quote.
Want more done on the same trip? Since the drive is longer, many neighbors book windows and gutter cleaning together. We can also add pressure washing for decks and driveways. One trip up the hill gets it all done.
Why do windows in Upper Mission get dirty so fast?
Wind is the main reason. Up on the hill there is nothing to block it. Gusts push dust, pollen and bits of dry grass straight onto the glass. The big windows catch all of it.

Dirt roads and new building add more. Homes near Chute Lake Road and Dehart Road pick up fine grit from gravel and construction. Hillside lots stir up soil every time the wind blows.

Smoke is a big deal here too. When wildfire smoke settles in the valley, the glass on the hill gets a gray film. Rain then leaves streaks and spots that show up in the sun. Winter brings frost, slush and road spray along Gordon Drive on the way up.

You paid for the view. Don't look at it through dust.

Jobs we've done in Upper Mission
We are a window cleaning company run by youth of Kelowna. We've been cleaning windows in Kelowna for years. Upper Mission has some of the biggest and best windows on our route.
Our crew cleans windows along Chute Lake Road, Dehart Road and Gordon Drive. We do large view homes, walkout basements, new builds and homes with glass deck railings. Wind and dust cover the glass quickly on the hill, so many homeowners ask us to come back each season.
Homeowners here often set up a spring and fall visit. They book it once and enjoy a clear view all year.

3. We Reach Tricky Spots
We clean hard-to-reach windows other companies might skip. Some houses have really tall windows or glass railings inside and outside that are tricky to get to. That doesn't stop us! We bring long ladders and lots of practice to safely clean them. No matter how high or tricky the spot is, we know how to do it safely, so your whole house gets clean.
4. Detail-Focused Work
We clean more than just the glass. We also clean the window tracks and even your ceiling fans while we're there. If you want us to touch up a certain spot, just tell us and we'll fix it. We're proud of our work, so we often take before-and-after photos to show how much better it looks. Little details matter to us, and we don't skip them.

5. Polite and Professional
Our team is kind, polite, and easy to have in your home. We keep you updated the whole time we work, and we don't mind your dogs being around. If you want us to skip strong chemicals, we can do that too. After the job is done, we check back to make sure you're happy, and we can even set up regular cleanings for you.
1
Scrub
We start by scrubbing every window with soap and water to loosen dirt, dust, and grime. This gets rid of the tough stuff so the glass is ready for a clean finish.
Our 3-Step Process
2
Squeegee
Next, we use a squeegee to wipe the glass clean. This step removes the soapy water and leaves your windows streak-free and shiny.
3
Detail
Last, we go back and check every window closely. We wipe the edges, clean the tracks, and fix any spots we missed, so everything looks perfect.
