Our window cleaning service in Black Mountain,Kelowna
We are a local company in Kelowna who provides Window Cleaning services across Kelowna including Black Mountain.
Black Mountain is a hillside neighborhood on the east side of the city, with wide valley views and pine covered slopes. Newer family homes, townhomes and quiet streets wrap around the base of the mountain. Black Mountain Golf Club and Black Mountain Regional Park are the two biggest landmarks.

Black Mountain
-
Distance: 5.1 km
-
Driving Time: 6 mins
We are only 5.1 kilometers from Black Mountain, so most trips take about 6 minutes. That puts you near the top of our list for quick quotes. Many visits can be booked within a day or two.

Homes here are built to catch the view, so the glass is big. We clean tall front windows, patio doors, deck glass and sunroom panes, inside and out. We also wash window screens, mirrors and skylights. Got a walkout level with windows near the ground? We cover those too.

Pricing starts at $100. Call (778) 718-4849 for a free quote.
Many homes up here have solar panels or large decks. We can add solar panel maintenance or pressure washing to the same visit. Gutter cleaning fits in too.
Why do windows in Black Mountain get dirty so fast?
The sun is the first reason. Most views face south or west, and that means hours of direct afternoon sun. Dust and spray that land on the glass bake on quickly and turn into hard spots.

The mountain is the second reason. Dry slopes, trails and bare hillside lots send fine grit into the air whenever the wind picks up. Pine pollen in spring and needles in summer drift onto decks and window frames.

Roads and fire season add more. Traffic on Highway 33 and Black Mountain Drive leaves a thin film on glass facing the road. Wildfire smoke in late summer coats the windows in gray. Fall rain then turns that film into streaks.
Your windows are the frame for your view. We keep the frame clean.

Jobs we've done in Black Mountain
We are a window cleaning company run by youth of Kelowna. We've been cleaning windows in Kelowna for years. Black Mountain is a short hop from our base.

Our plan for a hillside home starts with the sun. We clean the south and west windows first, while the glass is still cool, so the cleaner does not dry too fast. Then we move to the decks, the patio doors and the walkout level. Around Black Mountain Drive, we often line up several homes in a row to save everyone a trip.
Homeowners here often book a spring visit and a fall visit. They get the view cleared before summer and again after smoke season.

We're taking care of our own community.

Everything we do comes back to three simple goals:
Our Mission to Serve Kelowna
01
Happy Team & Better Work :Â
We treat our staff well because happy workers do their best work. When our team feels valued, that care shows up in every job we finish.
02
Complete Satisfaction :
We don't just want to meet expectations, we want to leave a positive experience. We are not limited to just cleaning windows, if needed we go beyond this to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers.
03
A Better Kelowna :
We want our work to leave a mark on this community, not just on your windows. From supporting local causes to keeping our city looking its best, we want Squeaky Squeegees to stand for something good.

why choose usÂ
1. We Show Up On Time
We always show up when we say we will. Before we come, we send you a reminder so you don't forget. Booking us is quick and easy, and we work with your schedule, not against it. There's no stress and no long waiting around. You can always count on us to be there and get the job done.
2. Fair & Transparent Pricing
The price we tell you is the exact price you pay at the end. Nobody likes surprise costs, and we don't do that. Getting a quote is fast and simple, with no long wait. We like to be honest about cost right from the start. That way, you know exactly what to expect, and you can plan ahead without worrying about extra charges popping up later.

3. We Reach Tricky Spots
We clean hard-to-reach windows other companies might skip. Some houses have really tall windows or glass railings inside and outside that are tricky to get to. That doesn't stop us! We bring long ladders and lots of practice to safely clean them. No matter how high or tricky the spot is, we know how to do it safely, so your whole house gets clean.
4. Detail-Focused Work
We clean more than just the glass. We also clean the window tracks and even your ceiling fans while we're there. If you want us to touch up a certain spot, just tell us and we'll fix it. We're proud of our work, so we often take before-and-after photos to show how much better it looks. Little details matter to us, and we don't skip them.

5. Polite and Professional
Our team is kind, polite, and easy to have in your home. We keep you updated the whole time we work, and we don't mind your dogs being around. If you want us to skip strong chemicals, we can do that too. After the job is done, we check back to make sure you're happy, and we can even set up regular cleanings for you.
1
Scrub
We start by scrubbing every window with soap and water to loosen dirt, dust, and grime. This gets rid of the tough stuff so the glass is ready for a clean finish.
Our 3-Step Process
2
Squeegee
Next, we use a squeegee to wipe the glass clean. This step removes the soapy water and leaves your windows streak-free and shiny.
3
Detail
Last, we go back and check every window closely. We wipe the edges, clean the tracks, and fix any spots we missed, so everything looks perfect.
