"Hey, we're Ben and Luke. We're brothers, and we started Squeaky Squeegees because we love Kelowna. This is our home, and we wanted to build something honest for the people who live here. We're young, and it's not just about the money for us. Every window we clean is our way of giving back to the city. We show up on time, we tell you what your windows need and we don't push anything extra. Give us a shot. We think you'll like it."
* Ben and Luke Hass, Squeaky Squeegees
We grew up here.
We wanted to build something of our own, in the city we grew up in — work we could be proud of.
This city raised us — so we give back.
Kelowna is home, not just a market. We grew up here, so we feel responsible to give back to it — by doing what we do best, properly, for our own neighbours.
Young at 18, serious about your satisfaction.
We're young, but we're dedicated. Every clean gets our full effort, because nothing matters more than you being happy with the result.

Window cleaning is what we do best, and Kettle Valley is a great fit for it. We wash townhome windows, patio doors, condo glass and village shop fronts, inside and out. We also clean glass balcony railings so the lake view stays clear. Homes here sit close together, so we work neatly and keep your neighbors happy.
Jobs start at $100. Call us at (778) 718-4849 for a free quote.
Want your patio and walkway looking fresh too? We can add pressure washing and gutter cleaning to the same visit. One crew. One trip up the hill.
Why do windows in Kettle Valley get dirty so fast?
The hillside is the first reason. Dry slopes and open lots around the community kick up fine dust whenever the wind blows. It lands on south facing windows and bakes on in the sun.
Trails and growth add more. Walkers and bikers on the Kettle Valley Rail Trail stir up dust, and new homes going in along Chute Lake Road leave drywall grit and soil in the air. Lawn sprinklers on tight lots splash windows and leave white mineral spots.
Weather does the rest. Summer smoke leaves a gray film on the glass. Fall rain turns that film into streaks. In winter, frost and melting snow leave marks along the lower panes.
Clear glass makes a small townhome feel bigger. We help you get that.

Jobs we've done in Kettle Valley
We are a window cleaning company run by youth of Kelowna. We've been cleaning windows in Kelowna for years. Kettle Valley is a neat stop on our route.
Streets here curve and climb, and homes sit shoulder to shoulder. That changes how we work. We park once, then clean several homes on the same block before moving on. Near Kettle Valley Station we handle the small shop windows early, before the doors open. Up the hill, the townhome patio doors and balcony glass get the same care.
Strata councils and neighbors often book together. It cuts the trip cost and keeps the whole block looking sharp.

Everything we do comes back to three simple goals:
Our Mission to Serve Kelowna

1. We Show Up On Time
We always show up when we say we will. Before we come, we send you a reminder so you don't forget. Booking us is quick and easy, and we work with your schedule, not against it. There's no stress and no long waiting around. You can always count on us to be there and get the job done.
2. Fair & Transparent Pricing
The price we tell you is the exact price you pay at the end. Nobody likes surprise costs, and we don't do that. Getting a quote is fast and simple, with no long wait. We like to be honest about cost right from the start. That way, you know exactly what to expect, and you can plan ahead without worrying about extra charges popping up later.

3. We Reach Tricky Spots
We clean hard-to-reach windows other companies might skip. Some houses have really tall windows or glass railings inside and outside that are tricky to get to. That doesn't stop us! We bring long ladders and lots of practice to safely clean them. No matter how high or tricky the spot is, we know how to do it safely, so your whole house gets clean.
4. Detail-Focused Work
We clean more than just the glass. We also clean the window tracks and even your ceiling fans while we're there. If you want us to touch up a certain spot, just tell us and we'll fix it. We're proud of our work, so we often take before-and-after photos to show how much better it looks. Little details matter to us, and we don't skip them.

5. Polite and Professional
Our team is kind, polite, and easy to have in your home. We keep you updated the whole time we work, and we don't mind your dogs being around. If you want us to skip strong chemicals, we can do that too. After the job is done, we check back to make sure you're happy, and we can even set up regular cleanings for you.
1
Scrub
We start by scrubbing every window with soap and water to loosen dirt, dust, and grime. This gets rid of the tough stuff so the glass is ready for a clean finish.
Our 3-Step Process
2
Squeegee
Next, we use a squeegee to wipe the glass clean. This step removes the soapy water and leaves your windows streak-free and shiny.
3
Detail
Last, we go back and check every window closely. We wipe the edges, clean the tracks, and fix any spots we missed, so everything looks perfect.
